Shipping Policy

Domestic (Within India)

Aarna delivers across all the major locations in India. Our domestic shipping partners are Delhivery, BlueDart, and EcomExpress. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality tamper-proof packaging.

Shipping Cost:

  • For orders under INR 1999, standard shipping charges of INR 150 is applicable
  • Free shipping for all orders INR 2000 and above
  • We do not offer COD service.

Tracking and other details

  • Tracking details will be provided once we ship your products which allows you to track your parcel easily.
  • One order cannot be split into multiple delivery addresses. All items in one order will be shipped to one address only. Separate orders have to be created for the separate delivery address. 
  • Our products will be packed in a secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel arrived in a secure manner. The responsibility and liability is of the customer in case a tampered parcel is accepted by them.

Shipping Time:

  • Orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days from the date of order. 
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and National and Festive holidays.
  • Please calculate shipping time accordingly.
  • Shipping in India is usually within 4-7 working days
  • The delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
  • There might be delays In case of incomplete address/ wrong phone number provided by the customer and if the shipping company is unable to reach the customer. All delays and returns in such cases is the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

Aarna delivers across all the major international markets. Our International shipping partners are Aramex and DHL. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality tamper-proof packaging.

Duties and Taxes:

  • For international orders, VAT, duties, and taxes will be applicable as per the individual country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. We are unable to advise on the duty amount. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Shipping Cost:

    • 2500 INR for all International orders under 500 gms weight 
    • 3500 INR for all International order above 500 gms weight
    • We do not offer COD service.

Shipping Time:

  • International shipments in post covid scenario is taking a minimum of 6 weeks + 
  • Delay in International Shipments due to - customs/country-specific holidays is not in our control and may vary the shipping time.
