Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Please check all information on sizes, length, weight, before placing your order. We try and mention all possible information on our website.

Please feel free to mail and ask us in case you need any more information. Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product , Pls send us a mail with proofs , you may return them after we approve the same,  in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn) with original packaging. It has to be notified to us with images immediately upon receipt of the item , i.e. within 15 hrs of receipt of the item. Please email the images along with the packaging images, [email protected]

As per our policy we do not refund on any items that are sold, instead we are happy to provide you with an exchange of the items with order value or refund a credit note to your registered email I’d.

For International Returns

Pls drop us a mail with images of damage within 24 hrs to [email protected] and once we approve the same, pls proceed to mail it us mentioned address in the approval mail, After inspecting the product received, we will bear the standard shipping charge of 1800 INR only along with the item value will be refunded as credit note your email I’d. 

Please note: No Exchanges / No Credit Notes will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
