Will we get the same design again?
Yes and No.
Most of our pieces are one off’s and unique. so it’s difficult to get the exact same piece again. We may have similar pieces though. In the case of Vintage silver, all pieces are single one of a kind. So you will never find the same piece again.
Can you return a product if you do not like it?
- We accept returns only in case if you receive a damaged product or not as per your order. Do read our returns and exchanges page to know more.
Is there any guarantee for the products?
Pure Silver jewellery is stamped with the 92.5 mark, guaranteeing that it is sterling silver. These are tiny microscopic stamps that can be found on some part of the silver. If the item of jewelry does not have an area on which to stamp a marking, the piece may be unstamped even though it may be of valuable silver. Most of the Kolhapuri style jewellery does not have 92.5 silver markings.
If the purity of a product is less, it will be specified in the product description and won’t have stamping, for example, vintage jewellery comes with 75 to 80% purity and no stamping.
Special note for nose Jewelry: All our nose pins are handcrafted in 92.5 % silver with real semiprecious gemstones. Owing to its small size and intricate craftsmanship, 925 Hallmarking is not always possible on nose pins like other jewelry as the process involves the application of a strong force to engrave on the metal. But we never compromise on the quality of the product.
Do we have a Store?
We only sell online and don’t have a physical store anywhere in India. We are a home-based business in Andhra Pradesh.
Do we customize?
No, we currently do not customize.
Why is the product you received slightly different in color than in the image shown on the website?
We shoot our products in natural light and ensure that the colors are projected as close to the original.
But every screen setting is different, and you may not see the same hues of colors.
Also, most of our products are handcrafted. So slight differences are natural and cannot be considered as manufacturing errors.
Also when we use natural and semi-precious stones they will come with their own irregularities which again cannot be considered as a defect.
What is made-to-order?
Some of our most popular pieces are sold out in no-time. But you can order them in the made-to-order section, with advance payment and additional processing time. Most of the products will take a minimum of 6 weeks of lead time. Once the order is ready, it will be shipped to you.
